Much of the information required for SMT assembly resembles Thru Hole assembly.

Companies when designing or outsourcing their production wonder if they have enough information!

Below is a list of information for a proper quote.

Most information has been updated and changed and modified over time in some cases with no documentation.

Brantco will work with customers to clarify all assembly information.

 While customers orders are handled in the order received we can make exceptions for any customer with immediate needs!

We require the following information to prepare a quote:

Qty

This would be the initial qty and typical production run along with a time required 1-2 weeks

Sample

If we could get a sample of a working PCB fully assembled it gives us a visual representation of how the final product should look.

Bill of material

This information should include Mfg part number, Alternate part#'s, Package descriptions and any special instructions required to assemble the product.

Components/Kits

Will your company supply the kit for assembly or would you like Brantco to source components?
